These terms apply to the tenutaiq.com website, the live demo and the developer portal. They are not a subscription or service agreement: any organisation that uses Tenuta IQ for its own portfolio will do so under a separate written agreement made before onboarding.
Private preview
Tenuta IQ is in private preview. Features, screens and the API may change or be withdrawn without notice. Some screens show intended designs with sample data and are labelled as previews; the website labels features as live, preview, in development or planned.
The live demo
- The demo contains synthetic data only. Names, companies, leases and figures are fictional.
- Changes you make are visible to other visitors until the demo resets each night.
- Do not enter real personal information, customer data or confidential documents.
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the demo or the systems behind it, or use it to send spam or harmful content. We may limit or block access that does.
No reliance
The website, demo and API documentation are provided as they are, for evaluation. Calculations, rule-pack findings and other outputs in the demo are illustrative and are not legal, accounting or tax advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using them.
Intellectual property
The Tenuta IQ software, design and content belong to Tenuta IQ. You may use them to evaluate Tenuta IQ for your organisation. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
