Last updated 1 October 2026.
Tenuta IQ is a pre-launch business based in Australia. This notice covers the website at tenutaiq.com, the live demo and the developer portal. It does not cover a customer's own data in a production account; that will be set out in the agreement made before any organisation is onboarded.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms (waitlist, contact, account request, feedback in the demo): your name, work email, company, role, the size of your portfolio, the countries you work in, your message and the topic you choose.
- Technical details sent with a form: your IP address, your browser's user agent, the page you were on, and where your visit came from (the referring site and any campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source). We use these to understand which channels reach the right people and to block abuse.
- Website and demo usage: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few actions (for example opening the demo or starting the waitlist form). It does not use cookies and does not identify you; it reports aggregate numbers.
- The live demo: when you open the demo as one of its sample people, a sign-in cookie keeps you in for four hours. Everything you see and change in the demo is synthetic data that resets every night. Please do not enter real personal or customer information into the demo.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information. The website remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser's storage, and keeps the campaign tags of your first page in session storage until the tab closes.
How we use it
To reply to you, to understand your portfolio and whether Tenuta IQ fits it, to tell you when we can onboard you, and to improve the website and product. We do not use it for anything else without asking you.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored in our database hosted by Supabase in Sydney, Australia. The website and application run on Vercel, which processes requests (including your IP address) to serve pages. Only the founder can see form submissions today.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in touch with you and delete them on request, or two years after our last contact.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, at any time through our contact form. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
We will update this notice as Tenuta IQ moves towards launch, and change the date above when we do.
